There's plenty to eat at the King's Place
Ok, this site is positive proof that the end of the world is near and that the apocalypse is upon us...QUIET GUY JEFF LEWIS HAS A WEBSITE? Yep. Sure enough, it's true.
Our goal is to give info on King Louie, as well as entertain you with whatever we feel like posting (Preferably before The King finds out about it). Let's face it, there are plenty of sites out there that instruct on lifting, (not that the Jeff wouldn't be glad to help you), but we'd like this to be something a little different than just a WSB shrine, or an ode to the typical "Do 2x10 and call me in the morning".
Maybe this site can be something, well, god forbid, interesting. Now get back to work and quit surfing on company time!

King Louie is new WPO SHW Champ!With lifts of a new World Record 1,212 in the squat, 815 lbs. in the benchpress and a personal best 771 lb. deadlift, King Louie won the WPO SHW Title in Columbus, OH. Lewis totalled 2,799 lbs. on his way to earning the title as well as a $3,500 check and WPO Title Belt. More ton this to come later once the King returns from The Arnold Classic.
